Greenville ARP Update on Us for Others Project

An experienced entrepreneur and sales leader in the Greenville, South Carolina, Edwin Shoffner has served as president of Mattress By Appointment since 2013. In this role, he leads the company’s merchandising, marketing, and sales. Edwin Shoffner is also an active member of the Greenville Associate Reformed Presbyterian (ARP) Church.

Greenville ARP, a congregation of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, announced the completion of the building renovation aspect of its multifaceted Us for Others project. The congregation saw the need for revamping its main building and education building. Both buildings are over 40 years old.

Before the congregation began the renovation project, Greenville ARP outlined the core aspects of the plan. These include adding a connection building between the main and education buildings and introducing an elevator that reaches all levels of the facility.

The connection building features a choir room and multiple classrooms. Hallway lighting installation and flooring upgrades are also parts of the renovation plan. The purpose of the renovation is to beautify the facility, augment its functionality for gospel teaching and gathering, and improve accessibility throughout the church facility.
